What is the return policy at The Waxley Co?

At The Waxley Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer exchanges and store credit. We currently do not offer refunds. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a exchange, please contact us at customerservice@thewaxleyco.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

How are exchanges processed?

Once you request to exchange a product via email, a pick up is organised for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 2-3 business days after your exchange request has been received. This item is then brought back to our warehouse and another product is dispatched.

 

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of order. Please email us at customerservice@thewaxleyco.com to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website. Please include your order number. 

 

When will my order be shipped out?

Orders will be sent for delivery in 3 to 6 business days. Shipping time will depend on what is selected at checkout.
